Do you need a website for your research group, project, or event?

You can create and publish your own website easily, even without coding knowledge! We offer a user-friendly platform based on Google Sites, allowing you to build attractive and informative websites. Please consult the policy here for detailed information before getting started.

How to get started

1.  Submit a Ticket: Visit our ticket system (new ticket) and select "Request Website" as the topic. Briefly tell us the purpose of your website in the description (research group, project, or event).

2.  Fill Out the Form: After submitting your request, you'll receive an email with a link to a short form. This form will gather more details about your website needs.  Please consult the policy here for details about who should make the requests. 

3. Publish Your Website: Once your request is approved, we'll set up your site and provide you with the link to the backoffice to edit and publish your content.

Important Note

While you can create personal Google Sites using your existing @cibio.up.pt, @biopolis.pt, or personal account, websites associated with the Biopolis domain or hosted on a paid Google Workspace account must be created under this framework. This ensures consistency, security, and compliance with institutional policies.
