To get remote IT Support:
Submit a Ticket:
Make sure you have submitted a ticket related to the problem through our support system. This is essential for tracking your request.Schedule Support (if necessary):
A member of the IT team will guide you to schedule the date and time for the support. Please follow the instructions provided.Download the Biopolis Remote System:
You will need to download the Biopolis Remote System according to your device operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux) to enable remote support. Download links are available below
3.1. After downloading, double-click the file to open the software interface.
Share the Access ID:
Once you open the Biopolis Remote System, you will see an ID code (a long code). Share this code through the ticket you created.Accept Remote Access Request:
When the IT team member requests access to your device, accept the request on the software interface. This will allow us to access your device for support.During the Support Session:
While the IT team is accessing your device, do not use the mouse or keyboard to avoid interfering with the support process.
